Conduct and manage critical IT projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; Lead financial management of the project portfolio including budget, forecast, actual, and cost control; Manage the budget cycle including planning, consolidation, and variance analysis; Consolidate and analyze financial project data for quality and governance; Prepare executive performance reports and presentations; Identify financial risks and optimization opportunities; Interface with PMs, PMO, and finance teams to translate data into actionable insights; Propose process improvements for financial controls and portfolio tracking.
