Preferred skills
Prior industrial experience with control technologies like SCADA, EMS, DMS, or substation automation; Knowledge of reliability standards and/or operation guidelines (NERC, ISOs); Prior industrial experience in transmission or distribution control room operations; Familiarity with standards and protocols (IEC 61850, DNP3, PMU, Modbus); Theoretical background demonstrated through publications in reputable transactions and conferences
