Responsibilities
Develop medical strategy in cooperation with local cross-functional Brand Team and global Medical Team, Create and implement a medical activity plan aligned with the medical strategy, Plan, conduct, and follow up on Advisory Boards, Contribute to the development of medical-scientific statements for health policy activities within Market Access, Provide medical input for benefit assessments in collaboration with Value Demonstration and Corporate Affairs, Collaborate with scientific societies and external experts on medical-scientific projects, including training events and clinical studies, Create and conduct medical-pharmaceutical training for internal and external stakeholders and approve materials scientifically, Participate in international, national, and regional congresses and symposia including presentation of abstracts, Conceptualize and conduct symposia, Ensure governance and compliance requirements for responsible projects, Create study concepts for local studies and NIS

Experienced (requires experience in Clinical Research and/or Medical Affairs & Education)
Required skills
Completed natural science degree (preferably medical or pharmaceutical), High medical-scientific competence, Experience in Clinical Research and/or Medical Affairs & Education, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, Ability to quickly and independently integrate into new indications and matters as well as strategic thinking and implementation of medical strategies, Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting, Experience in cross-functional project management and working in teams, Communication and cooperation skills combined with appropriate assertiveness, Very good MS Office skills, Fluent language skills in German and English
