Senior Payroll Manager

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Payroll to lead and evolve our payroll operations across the Americas. This is a high-impact leadership role, where you will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while driving transformation, governance, and continuous improvement across the function. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and external providers, playing a key role in strengthening payroll operations and supporting strategic decision-making across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries in LATAM and the US
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, labor, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external payroll vendors
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring data accuracy and readiness
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams
  • Act as a payroll subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery aligned with SLAs
  • Lead and develop a team

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

  • 12+ years of experience across payroll, HR, finance, or tax compliance
  • Strong experience managing multi-country payroll operations across LATAM and the US
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance across the Americas
  • Experience working with external payroll providers and vendor management
  • Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment
  • Fluent English Level

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in shared services environments
  • Exposure to payroll transformation or system implementations
  • Background in manufacturing or regulated industries
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, Workday
