Responsibilities
Elevate organization's delivery capability, foster culture of agility and continuous improvement, partner with teams and executives to guide Agile adoption, mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners, introduce and refine Agile metrics, coach teams on Agile values, support design and rollout of delivery strategies, promote cross-functional collaboration, ensure adherence to risk appetite and compliance controls.
Required skills
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean), scaling approaches (SAFe, LeSS), facilitation, mentoring, conflict resolution, coaching at all levels, communication and storytelling, influencing without authority.
Preferred skills
ICAgile Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC or ICP-ATF), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Agile Coach (CEC/CTC), SAFe, Kanban, or Lean certifications.
