Required skills

5+ years of experience in IT related role, Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and PySpark, Hands-on experience building or fine-tuning generative AI models, large language models (LLMs), or related AI applications, Experience with big data ecosystems such as Hadoop and Apache Spark for data processing at scale, Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including deploying and managing ML workloads, Strong understanding of MLOps practices, model versioning, and the full machine learning development lifecycle

Preferred skills

Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agentic AI frameworks, Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search architectures, Exposure to responsible AI principles, model explainability, and governance frameworks, Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research in the generative AI space, Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
