Receive weekly programming and define logistics for resource distribution and delivery; Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between preparation and execution phases; Manage interfaces with operations, planning, and execution teams to ensure resource availability; Receive or retrieve materials from origin and deliver to destination per SLA; Plan and make available special equipment and resources; Account for material values returning from service fronts; Interact with warehouses for return, discard, and warranty processes; Coordinate component delivery to workshops for repair; Confirm service availability with contract managers; Document and manage safety risks during preparation activities.
