As an Incident Manager in IT Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and minimize downtime
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems to enhance performance and availability
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud services to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Designing and executing cloud migration strategies to improve infrastructure efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to develop cloud infrastructure architecture that aligns with business objectives
- Utilizing tools like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and service delivery
- Conducting performance optimization and compliance checks to validate cloud infrastructure standards
- Providing technical consultation and support for cloud operations and infrastructure management
- Building meaningful client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and enhance technical skills
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Utilizing Cloud Infrastructure Optimization and Cloud Performance Optimization
- Managing Cloud Operations (CloudOps) and Cloud-Based Service Management
- Excelling in Infrastructure Management and Infrastructure Performance
- Implementing Cloud Migration and Cloud Strategy effectively
- Leveraging Analytical Thinking and Critical Thinking for problem-solving
