Required skills
3–5 years of experience in BI/reporting roles, at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Strong SQL skills, Solid understanding of Inventory Management and accounting principles, Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred skills
Experience integrating data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.), Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, or related components), Hands-on experience with Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and data transformation

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Inventory Management processes, Collaborate with Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Purchasing stakeholders to gather business requirements, Build and optimize Power BI data models, measures, and relationships, Develop and maintain ETL processes using Power Query, Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across inventory reports, Manage and maintain Power BI workspaces, including access control, deployment pipelines, and governance practices, Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities to enhance data integration, scalability, and performance, Work with data from ERP systems and other enterprise data sources, Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues, Document data models, report logic, KPIs, and business definitions, Provide training and support to end-users, Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization
