QA Test Lead - Hybrid Lisboa (3-2)
Define the end-to-end Quality Engineering model.
Establish Quality Gates, quality KPIs and SLAs, and the traceability model (requirements-tests-defects).
Lead the implementation of the Quality Office.
Coordinate testing teams across manual and automation streams.
Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting.
Requirements
Strong experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Cypress, etc.)
Solid experience in API and integration testing
Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Programming skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript)
Experience with test data management and environment configuration
