Responsibilities
Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes for battery energy storage systems, Support the design of manufacturing workflows, production layouts, and assembly processes, Design and build of jigs and fixtures, Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews, Help develop and maintain assembly instructions, manufacturing drawings, and process documentation, Assist in implementing quality control procedures and performing production quality checks, Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues on the production floor, Help design and improve material handling processes and manufacturing workflows to increase efficiency, Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce waste, Support the evaluation and implementation of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures, Provide support during New Product Introduction (NPI) as products transition from R&D to production, Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards and drawing requirements are met
