To achieve this, we are seeking a Mid-Level React Front-end Developer to join our Technology Transformation Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY's Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally. The transformation imperative is urgent, challenging and opportunity-rich, interested to join us? ## Your Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain scalable React applications and reusable component libraries. - Integrate secure RESTful APIs and manage application state with Redux or Context API. - Collaborate with backend teams to define API specifications. - Implement pixel-perfect UI in collaboration with designers. - Optimize application performance (lazy loading, code splitting, tuning). - Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews. - Mentor junior developers and participate in architectural discussions. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - 3–7 years of hands-on front-end development experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Strong knowledge of Redux or Context API for state management. - Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel). - Proficiency with multi-environment app configurations, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices. - Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), including hosting, scaling, CDNs, caching, and serverless functions. - Proven experience implementing authentication & authorization flows (e.g. OAuth2 / OIDC, JWT). - Must be based in Cyprus, or willing to relocate, and follow a hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite). ## Skills and attributes for success - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-profiling skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally across design, backend, QA, and product teams. - Clear communication, ownership mindset, and high attention to code quality. - Proficient in using AI coding
