Fluent English. 2. Availability to work in person in São Paulo city (Brazil). 3. Full-time dedication, with no concurrent fellowships from other funding agencies. ### Desirable: 1. PhD in Law, International Relations, Economics, or Political Science, completed less than seven years ago. 2. Academic publications related to the research topic. 3. Experience in qualitative research, including data analysis, Grounded Theory, and interviews. 4. Availability to travel, conduct fieldwork, and present research papers. ## Eligibility - Open to candidates of any nationality. - Eligible for fellows residing in all countries. ## Benefits - FAPESP Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 12,570.00 monthly. - Research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship, to be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
