Responsibilities
Support month-end close including account reconciliations and inventory-related journal entries; Review and analyze accruals on a monthly and quarterly basis; Support the three-way matching process of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; Manage inventory in-transit balances and prepare related accruals; Analyze inventory aging, cost variances, and operational discrepancies; Document and maintain processes and controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements; Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, logistics, and warehouse teams; Contribute to KPIs, reporting, and ad hoc analyses; Provide guidance on inventory accounting to ensure alignment with US GAAP; Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities; Participate in quarterly and year-end audits.
