Required skills
Advanced degree in Medical Physicist, at least 3 years recent clinical or research experience in a radiotherapy department, experience in performing QA in a radiotherapy department, strong experience in one or more programming languages, thorough understanding of intended use of new products, ability to translate requirements into structured and comprehensive test plans and procedures, self-motivated, strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong presentation skills.
Preferred skills
Elekta product knowledge (Monaco TPS, MOSAIQ, VersaHD), awareness of SAFe Agile framework, knowledge and hands-on experience with Elekta linac systems and associated software solutions, ability to work independently in clinically representative test environments.

Responsibilities
Create and run solution-level test procedures, deliver verification that the Elekta Medical Linear Accelerator and MR Linac solution works as a cohesive unit, maintain expert domain knowledge of Medical Physics within Radiation Therapy, develop and maintain broad knowledge of products across the Linac solution, offer physics overviews and insight to the team, support risk-based testing approaches aligned with medical device safety standards, maintain awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks (IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, AAPM TG-142, AAPM TG-51, AAPM TG-218), ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases, and execution results, analyse test data using appropriate quantitative methods, review solution level requirements for testability, create Test Procedures, provide support to automation testers, assist in identification of regression test sets, work with Test Facilities team to ensure necessary equipment and system configuration, take ownership to drive blockers and issues to resolution, create problem reports, complete required retesting, ensure changes are reverted to a known good baseline, communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, tools, and automation frameworks.
