Responsibilities
Partner with mission users to understand geospatial data needs and visualization requirements; Identify, acquire, clean, transform, validate, curate, and publish large geospatial datasets; Develop Python scripts to automate geospatial data processing and workflow improvement; Manage and update ArcGIS Portal content including hosted feature layers and web maps; Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytic visualizations; Apply cartographic design principles to improve usability of geospatial products; Integrate structured, unstructured, and spatial datasets into cohesive environments; Support geospatial data library functions including metadata creation and lifecycle maintenance; Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for data management workflows.
