Responsibilities
Lead AOP and rolling forecast planning including P&L forecasting and business reviews; Provide financial analysis on volume, pricing, costs, and market performance trends; Support strategic decision-making through business case and profitability analysis; Partner with Commercial and Franchise teams to drive growth initiatives and AOP delivery; Develop sales forecasts and deliver insights on pricing, investments, and ROI; Ensure accurate financial reporting, balance sheet reviews, cash flow analysis, and accrual management; Drive compliance, internal controls, GCS governance, and risk mitigation across finance processes.
