Lead and execute the Pact Group HSE strategy within the LFIP segment; Identify, assess and manage operational risks (machinery safety, LOTO, traffic management, chemicals, working at heights); Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental legislation through audits and inspections; Act as the key HSE interface with regulatory authorities; Lead the management and investigation of high-risk and notifiable incidents; Develop, implement and improve HSE systems, procedures and training programs; Provide hands-on coaching and capability building to site leaders and HSE teams; Deliver clear, insightful HSE reporting to senior leaders
