Represent the site with central platform teams to ensure reliable MES operations and secure timely incident support; Lead site incident, problem, and change management for MES including CAPAs; Facilitate rapid-improvement workshops to improve MES-supported processes; Configure, test, and deploy changes within site instances; Manage site MES initiatives (upgrades, integrations, deployments); Ensure MES compliance, validation, and data integrity for audits; Coach and mentor site users and technical staff on MES best practices; Own the site MES demand/roadmap and translate user needs into requirements; Oversee MES user access and role management; Establish and track operational performance metrics; Manage site vendor engagements.
