You'll work with a team of researchers, ML specialists and builders that are serious about experimentation, iteration, and craft, with real latitude to push on AI experiences. ## What You'll Do - Owner: Own the end-to-end experience of the new product. - Craftsmenship: Bring genuine aesthetic judgment to everything you touch. Your screens are polished, considered, and consistent. You have opinions about typography, spacing, and color, and you act on them. - Builder: You don't only define the design but you check-in the code and ship directly to customers. - AI-pilled: Bring your existing AI process and tools to uplevel the team and develop new ones. You look at AI as a force multiplier 10xing your outcomes. ## What Success Looks Like You'll know you're thriving when: - Customers love your experience. - You're shipping significant new value to customers every sprint. - You crush the success metrics. ## What You Bring Must-Haves: - Experience: Experience designing and shipping beautiful products used by thousands of users. - Visual Taste: Your portfolio makes it obvious that you have solved some really hard design challenges in an aesthetically pleasing way. - AI Tool Fluency: You can clearly demonstrate that you are not the average AI tool user. You're pushing the boundaries of what the AI tools can offer. - Drive for outcomes: You can demonstrate that your work has had a meaningful impact on the company's outcomes. - Communication: You are an effective communicator.
