## About the role Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system and other operational applications, including Power BI. - Lead NetSuite application development, including customizations, workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), integrations, dashboards, and role-based configurations. - Optimize and automate workflows related to month-end and year-end close, as well as pipeline and revenue reporting. - Assist in the development of corporate financial reporting packages, revenue dashboards, and budgeting templates. - Document business processes, stakeholder requirements, and testing methodologies for system changes or new implementations. - Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective and consistent system utilization. - Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional business systems projects, including testing, implementation, and issue resolution. - Manage the intake and prioritization of system-related requests, ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs). - Recommend and implement process improvements based on business and system usage insights. ## Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in business applications or financial/revenue systems support, ideally within mid-sized to enterprise environments. - Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and development, including saved searches, custom records, workflows, dashboards, SuiteScript, integrations, and user roles/permissions. - Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting. - Strong understanding of financial and go-to-market processes, including general ledger, forecasting, pipeline, and budgeting. - Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions. ## Nice to Have - Experience with NetSuite integrations using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools. - Background in accounting, finance, or sales operations. - Exposure to additional platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SharePoint, SDP or equivalent). - Experience working in a managed services or consulting environment.
