Protocol Product Manager

## About the Role Gini Talent is hiring a Protocol Product Manager (Protocol PM) for an innovative blockchain-powered gaming, betting, and prediction ecosystem enhanced by AI-driven experiences. The platform enables users to participate in decentralized betting markets, blockchain-based games, and prediction activities through transparent on-chain interactions, digital asset ownership, and automated smart contract settlement. As the ecosystem continues to evolve, we are looking for an experienced Protocol Product Manager who can help define protocol-level product strategy, drive feature execution, and collaborate closely with engineering teams responsible for smart contracts, wallets, digital assets, and on-chain user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who understands how blockchain protocols power consumer-facing products and enjoys translating complex systems into scalable, user-focused experiences. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of overall professional experience, including product leadership experience within software, fintech, gaming, blockchain, or digital asset environments. ## Responsibilities - Define product strategy and roadmap for protocol-level features across gaming, betting, and prediction market products - Collaborate closely with smart contract, backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams to prioritize protocol development initiatives - Translate business goals and user needs into protocol specifications, feature requirements, and product deliverables - Design and improve protocol mechanics related to betting markets, rewards systems, digital assets, and on-chain interactions - Work with engineering teams to plan protocol upgrades, feature releases, and ecosystem enhancements - Evaluate user behavior, platform performance, and ecosystem metrics to guide product decisions - Coordinate product execution across engineering, design, operations, and leadership stakeholders - Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities to improve protocol functionality, scalability, and user experience - Utilize GitHub, Jira, Notion, and related tools to track development progress and roadmap execution ## Requirements - 10+ years of overall professional experience - Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, Product Owner, Protocol PM, or similar product leadership role - Strong understanding of blockchain products, smart contracts, wallets, and on-chain user experiences - Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical product development - Understanding of protocol mechanics, digital asset ecosystems, and blockchain transaction flows - Familiarity with prediction markets, betting platforms, gaming ecosystems, or digital asset products - Experience using GitHub to review development progress and collaborate with technical teams - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills - Ability to balance technical requirements, user needs, and business objectives - Experience operating effectively in fast-paced product environments ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience working on blockchain gaming, prediction markets, betting products, or Web3 consumer applications - Familiarity with token incentives, rewards systems, digital asset economies, or marketplace mechanics - Experience launching, scaling, or managing protocol-driven products - Understanding of wallet infrastructure, onboarding flows, and blockchain user journeys - Experience working with distributed or globally remote teams ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive compensation - Health, dental, and vision coverage - Unlimited PTO - Pension contribution - Remote-friendly environment with flexibility - Expense reimbursement for home internet and phone - Ongoing professional development and leadership growth opportunities - Opportunity to contribute to innovative Web3 products serving a global audience ## Hiring Process - Introductory conversation - Two to three product and protocol-focused discussions - Final alignment and offer discussions If you enjoy building protocol-powered products, working closely with engineering teams, and helping shape the future of blockchain gaming, betting, and prediction markets, we would love to hear from you.
