Founding Mobile Engineer (React Native)

## About the role This is an equity-only role. As a pre-revenue, pre-funding startup we are not able to offer a salary at this stage, but we're building something real, and early team members will be rewarded for it. We're looking for a student, recent grad, or early career with a Computer Science background who wants to get their hands dirty building a real product from the ground up. You'll work directly alongside our technical lead — who has worked for companies like Zalando — on the frontend and mobile experience of the app. This isn't a "fix tickets" role. We want someone who has opinions about what great social products look like and wants to help shape one. ## What you'll do - Implement UI/UX changes in React Native based on our Figma designs - Collaborate with our technical lead on new features and feature optimization - Bring your own ideas on how to make LEMO the go-to social app for students globally ## What we're looking for - Computer Science degree (in progress or completed) - Experience with React Native - An eye for good design and product thinking - Someone who uses social apps critically, you notice what works and what doesn't ## What we offer - Equity stake via VSOP (vesting over time) - Part-time and flexible — fits around studies or other commitments - Remote-friendly, with a presence in Zürich if you're local - Real ownership and influence over a product with a global vision ## About the company LEMO is the verified social media app built exclusively for university students.
