SENIOR ENGINEER — WEB / MOBILE / AI : Remote Bangalore

## About the Role Senior Engineer — 1 to 5 years experience. Remote. Bangalore preferred. Full-time. Permanent. We don't have a Bangalore office yet. When needed — team meetups, client visits, or project sprints — you're expected to travel. This is a remote role, not a permanently remote career. ## What You'll Work On - Web applications - Mobile apps (iOS, Android, Flutter) - AI-powered products — RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, chatbots, intelligent automation - Healthcare and fintech platforms for funded startups globally - AI is core to how we build — not optional. Our engineers use Cursor, Claude, and AI tooling daily. We ship in 4-5 weeks what used to take 4-5 months. ## What You'll Own - Features end to end — architecture, code, deployment - Code quality and PR reviews - Sprint delivery — 2-week cycles - Client demos every 2 weeks — directly to founders and CTOs - Technical decisions on your project - No ticket monkey work. You own what you build. ## Tech Stack ### Required — strong in at least one: - React / Next.js - Node.js / Python / FastAPI - Flutter / React Native - AI — LangChain, OpenAI API, RAG, LLM integration ### Good to Have: - AWS / GCP / Azure - Docker / Kubernetes - PostgreSQL / MongoDB - System design - Healthcare or fintech experience ## Who You Are - You have shipped a complete product — not a feature, a product. End to end. Live. Real users. - You are a self-learner. You don't wait for training. You figure things out. - You use AI tools actively — Cursor, Claude, Copilot — and you know when they're wrong. - You communicate clearly — in code, in PRs, on client calls. - You own your work.
