## About the role Client is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with 150+ litigators working collaboratively across offices. We seek mid-level litigation associates with experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation. ## Responsibilities - Mid-level litigation associate role focusing on copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation. ## Requirements - 4–6 years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation - Superior academic credentials; excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills - Barred in the state of the office applied to (or eligible to waive) - Cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample required ## Location Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, New York, Washington D.C. | Hybrid
