AI Product Builder (Product Engineer)

In this role, you will be the driving force behind taking auto-generated prototypes and engineering them into robust, production-ready software. You won't just be writing code; you will be leveraging state-of-the-art AI models, our proprietary internal tools, and modern code generation assistants to dramatically accelerate the development lifecycle. If you are looking for a role where you can put your head down, utilize the best AI tools in the world, and ship products at breakneck speed, this is for you. ## Responsibilities - Relentless Execution: Take initial functional prototypes generated by our proprietary AI systems and flawlessly engineer them into highly polished, scalable, and production-grade applications. - Act as a Force Multiplier: Work directly with leadership to understand the exact requirements of the auto-generated prototypes and translate the core vision into reliable technical solutions without unnecessary friction. - SOTA & Internal Tool Integration: Extensively leverage state-of-the-art (SOTA) AI models, our proprietary internal tools, and AI coding agents to write production code, debug, and optimize workflows. - Full-Stack Implementation: Build out and harden frontend, backend, and cross-platform systems to deliver complete, user-ready applications. - Rapid Iteration: Stay on the bleeding edge of new AI development tools. Take direction, gather feedback, and pivot instantly to iterate on live product features. ## Requirements ### Background - 2-4 years of proven software development experience - in a software services firm, startup, or your own projects. You have a track record of high excellence, hard work, and achievement - in academics, sports, or other pursuits. You are ambitious, unwilling to accept being 'average', and have a strong yearning for learning and growth. ### Technical Background - Full-stack development experience with our core stack (or the ability to learn it rapidly). You should be comfortable navigating frontend/desktop/mobile ecosystems (React, Vite, TypeScript, Tauri, Swift) and backend infrastructure (Go, Python). ### AI-Native Mindset - You are already a power user of AI tools.
