Full Stack Full Stack Engineer (React/Node + AI) — Remote

## About the role Build real products with AI in the workflow from day one, and own them end to end in a small, focused team. You'll take features from architecture to production across frontend and backend: technical discussions, implementation, code review, performance and production quality. AI is part of how we ship. We provide tools such as Claude, Cursor and GitHub Copilot, and we're exploring agent-based workflows for repetitive tasks. AI helps us raise productivity and quality, but engineers remain responsible for what they ship. ## Responsibilities - Take features from architecture to production across frontend and backend - Conduct technical discussions - Perform implementation - Conduct code review - Ensure performance and production quality ## Requirements - 3+ years building web applications across frontend and backend - Strong modern JavaScript/TypeScript experience - Experience with React, Node.js, REST APIs and PostgreSQL - Familiarity with modern full stack environments involving technologies such as Next.js, React Native, Redux Toolkit, Python or Golang - Solid clean-code, testing and maintainability habits - Comfort using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor or similar - Good professional English, our working language for meetings, code and documentation ## What we offer - Real production projects for international clients, not internal demos - Company-provided AI tooling - A structured engineering culture - Room to grow into ownership and architecture - Real autonomy and decision-making - A small, focused team without high-volume project churn ## About the company We're Lasting Dynamics, a bootstrapped software company founded in 2015 - no external investors, no layoff cycles.
