## About the role
We design the business layer of technology: the part where strategy, design, and tech actually meet. We're looking for a Product person to sit at that intersection. Someone who can take a messy business problem from a founder, a scientist, or a CXO and shape it into a product story, a prototype, and a path to market.
This isn't a single-roadmap, single-product job. You'll move across categories. One month it's an AI brand-management vision for a global consulting firm, the next it's a compliance platform used at national scale, then a luxury brand going digital-first. If that range excites you rather than scares you, read on.
## About Two Words
We're a design-led consultancy, built quietly in Mumbai over six years, with delivery reaching from Mumbai to Manchester. Boutique focus, enterprise delivery. By design, not by accident.
We've worked with the likes of BCG, EY India, and global pharma and luxury brands, embedding directly into their teams to turn raw data and big visions into clear product and design outcomes. Our value is simple: cross-category insight, storytelling backed by data, and the ability to work the way your team works, with the same tools, the same rhythm, and the same hours when it matters.
## What you'll actually do
- Translate business problems into product. Sit with clients (often founders, CXOs, domain experts), pull out the real problem under the brief, and frame it as something we can design and build.
- Own the product narrative. Define what we're building and why: user flows, requirements, scope, and the strategic logic that holds it together. Turn data into a story stakeholders actually act on.
- Drive go-to-market. Shape positioning, market insight, and the plan to take a product or feature from idea to launch.
- Bridge design and tech. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our designers and engineers so the strategy survives contact with reality. You're the connective tissue, not a middle layer.
- Build the materials that move decisions. Prototypes, narratives, investor and pitch materials, market research: the artifacts that turn a vision into a yes.
- Run engagements end to end. Keep timelines, stakeholders, and scope honest across multiple projects at once.
## You'll thrive here if
- You have ~1–4 years shaping products, strategy, or consulting work, or you're a sharp switcher (from BA, ops, consulting, engineering, research) who can prove the instinct.
- You think in structure: you can take chaos and turn it into a crisp problem statement and a plan.
- You can write and present well. Clarity is the product here. Fuzzy thinking shows.
- You're genuinely curious across industries and comfortable being the least-expert person in a room of experts, fast.
- You care about craft and detail, and you're comfortable in a design-first culture.
- You can hold your own with senior stakeholders without losing the thread.
## Bonus points
- You've worked client-facing or in a consulting / agency setting before.
- You're fluent enough in design and tech to call a good (or bad) build when you see one.
- You've shipped a go-to-market or a product launch and have the scars to show for it.
- You're handy with the modern toolkit: Figma, Notion, analytics, and AI tools as a force multiplier.
