Contract Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Rust / Vue.js / PostgreSQL

## About the role REItrades is looking for a contract/temporary senior full-stack engineer to build new features to our existing commercial real estate marketplace and automated digital marketing platform. This is a project-based paid contract role focused on new feature development across our current platform. We're looking for someone who can start ASAP. ## Current stack - Frontend: Vue.js - Backend: Rust - Templates: Tera - Database: PostgreSQL / Google Cloud SQL - Cloud: Google Cloud - Infrastructure: Terraform - Database migrations: Flyway - Authentication: MFA / role-based access - Integrations: MailerLite, Stripe, document upload workflows ## The project includes three core workstreams 1. Admin DBMS enhancements: Expand the existing admin system for managing users, companies, listings, activity, email/subscription status, outreach, bulk actions, imports/exports, audit trails, and listing-related documents such as NDAs and LOIs. 2. Broker segment creation: Build a broker-specific account system with application/approval workflow, separate broker admin views, broker-specific permissions, listing access controls, broker/principal listing tags, and strict separation between broker and buyer/principal workflows. 3. Listing creation and OM rebuild: Rebuild and expand the listing creation workflow in Rust/Tera, including multi-step listing creation, required-field step gating, asset-class-specific fields, custom attributes, database migrations, teaser/OM data consistency, OM generator polish, broker OM uploads, document extraction from old OMs/flyers, and Stripe-linked listing tiers. ## We are looking for someone with strong experience in - Rust backend development - Vue.js or comparable frontend development - PostgreSQL database design and migrations - Role-based permissions / access control - SaaS/admin dashboard development - API integrations - File upload and document-processing workflows - Working inside an existing production codebase ## Strong plus - Google Cloud / Cloud SQL - Terraform - Flyway - Tera templates - MailerLite or similar email tools - Stripe payment workflows - AI/LLM document extraction - PDF/OM generation - Marketplace, listing, or real estate platform experience ## We want the work delivered in clean, reviewable PRs This may start with a paid technical trial and expand into the full project if the fit is strong. ## Please share examples of relevant Rust, Vue/frontend, PostgreSQL, SaaS/admin dashboard, marketplace, or workflow-heavy projects.
