Junior Software Engineer Students Accepted

## About the role We're hiring software engineers who are familiar with "agentic coding" tools and have a good fundamental understanding of computers and server infrastructure. The agentic coding tools we work with include Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode. ## What we're looking for - You should be good at communicating in English, both spoken and written. - Familiarity with any given programming language is not required — however it's a great plus, provided you are actually a good programmer. - Python, Rust or JavaScript for React frontends are especially welcome. ## How you'll work - You'll be expected to work hard and learn fast. - You'll work with international clients and be directly mentored by a very experienced programmer and electrical engineer who's at the forefront of how the field is evolving because of LLMs. - Your mentor is a former CTO at Metaculus, Littlebird and Abliterate.ai. - Part of the work is literally automating other teams of software engineers using LLMs, and building frameworks for creating products that require minimal software-engineer involvement. ## Working hours & location - Flexible working hours, but you'll need to be in the office at times. - A lot of the work can be done remotely, though there will be some in-person tasks and the occasional need for in-person coordination. ## Eligibility Feel free to apply if you are still currently studying.
