Lead and manage Brown Field exploration projects including planning, execution, and reporting; Develop and monitor geological drilling plans (rotary diamond drilling, conventional and directional); Utilize geological modeling and data analysis tools to support drill planning and deposit evaluation; Confront drill plans with field information to support technical decision-making; Provide technical support to project teams in data analysis, mapping, and sampling; Collaborate with mine, infrastructure, operations, and environmental teams; Mentor and support the technical development of junior geologists and technicians.
