## About the role Peripath is the first AI companion app for women in perimenopause in the German speaking market. Most women in this phase get very little guidance, so we are building a private, always available companion that tracks symptoms, explains what is happening in the body, and gives evidence based support in their own language. We have a working prototype, validated research and a finished business plan, and we start in the DACH region and expand across Europe. We are looking for a technical co-founder (CTPO) to own technology and product end to end and to build Peripath with us. ## Responsibilities - Own the AI system and architecture (LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, long term memory) - Own the mobile product (React Native or native iOS and Android) - Own data and ML - Own the technical roadmap ## Requirements - Senior engineering or tech lead experience - Deep knowledge of modern AI systems - Mobile product experience - A founder mindset - The ability to build fast and lean - Real empathy for women's health - Based anywhere in Europe, remote first ## What we offer - A real co-founder role with meaningful equity and a seat at the table, including in conversations with our angel investors - A founder salary of 5,000 EUR per month from month one, rising to 10,000 EUR per month from our seed closing, expected around month eleven - The opportunity to help shape how we build and finance Peripath from the start ## About the company Peripath is the first AI companion app for women in perimenopause in the German speaking market.
