## About the role Aviate is solving pressing problems to unlock a multi-billion dollar opportunity and a chance to transform the recruitment and job-preparation markets in India. We are creating a suite of recruitment products for job seekers and employers. We currently operate Aviate, our B2C employability enhancement and placement product for job-seekers and Q-Rate, our B2B SaaS play targeted at large employers and recruitment agencies. We are seeking a dexterous Full-Stack Engineer with the following attributes. - A Full-Stack developer with an exceptional command on Python and React.js - Minimum experience of 4+ years in a growth-stage or early-stage venture will be preferred. - Dreamer, a tech architect and a hands-on developer all rolled into one - Working knowledge of building a highly scalable application - Responsible for building the engineering stack that is the foundation for our products and services If you feel you fit the bill, please read along for the key responsibilities that the role would entail: ## Key responsibilities - Write effective, scalable code - Building a tech team in collaboration with the founders - Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance - Integrate user-facing elements into applications - Test and debug programs - Improve functionality of existing systems - Implement security and data protection solutions - Assess and prioritize feature requests - Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
