Responsibilities
Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and backend surfaces; Execute manual test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria; Manually verify bug fixes and validate accuracy of odds, payouts, bet settlement, bonuses, and promotional mechanics; Test deposit, withdrawal, and payment journeys across multiple providers and currencies; Log clear, reproducible bug reports with precise steps, evidence, and severity; Validate responsible gaming controls including deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality checks, and age/identity verification; Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements, clarify edge cases, and give a confident go/no-go on tight release cycles; Maintain and continually improve test cases, checklists, and QA documentation as the platform evolves
