## About the company Short-form vertical video news platform for Gen Z and millennials. VC-backed, pre-launch. We're building how the next generation consumes news in India. ## About the role The product does not ship itself. Someone has to sit between tech, design, and editorial, remove every blocker, write every story, and make sure the right thing gets built in the right order. That's this job. Pre-launch means the pace is relentless. That's not a warning. That's the point. If you want to own something real and move fast, this is the role. If you need structure handed to you, it's not. ## Responsibilities - Write user stories and acceptance criteria engineers pick up without a question - Run daily syncs with tech, surface blockers before they compound - Own the backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization calls - Run user research and surveys, turn findings into decisions - Keep design, tech, and editorial aligned on what's shipping and when - Document everything so nothing lives only in someone's head ## Requirements - 1 to 3 years in product, startup environment preferred - Has written user stories a developer doesn't need to interpret - Comfortable reviewing Figma and giving precise feedback - Knows how to talk to engineers, not just about them - Does user research without being asked - Based in Mumbai, Andheri ## What we offer - You're building the product for 200 million Indians who consume news on their phone - Founding team title with real ownership of the PM function - Direct line to co-founders, no bureaucracy between you and decisions
