## About the Role You'll build systems where cryptography and hardware isolation enforce what other companies only promise in privacy policies. That's rare. That's meaningful. ## What You'll Build Tech stack: - Rust monorepo (mobile SDK + TEE server + smart contracts) - Flutter (mobile app with Rust FFI via flutterrustbridge) - Mobile TEE: Secure Enclave (iOS) / StrongBox (Android) — hardware key storage + attestation - Server TEE: Intel TDX (Phase 2) + Gramine LibOS — confidential compute enclaves - TON blockchain (Jetton tokens, smart contracts, Merkle Drops) - iOS/Android native APIs (CoreMotion, SensorManager, NEDNSSettingsManager) - Differential Privacy (OpenDP, ε=4.0) - Llama-3 (inference in TEE for B2B insights + user Oracle) - Proof-of-Behavior v2.0 (App Attest + 1D-CNN micro-tremor classifier) Your role: - Architect and build Rust infrastructure from MVP → Alpha → Fair Launch - Implement mobile TEE integration (Secure Enclave / StrongBox for key storage + attestation) - Implement server TEE integration (Intel TDX + Gramine LibOS) - Build mobile SDK (iOS CoreMotion + Android SensorManager) - Deploy TON smart contracts (Tolk language) - Implement Proof-of-Behavior v2.0 (hardware attestation + biomechanical classifier) - Lead technical roadmap and hire engineering team post-funding ## What We Have Right Now - Working demo (foremetric.ai) - Complete technical specification (CTO doc, 30+ pages) - Whitepaper + market research package (5 deep-dive queries) - COO on board - Pre-seed fundraising in progress ($250-300K target) Current phase: - We're launching with an internal off-chain "Points System" first to build the community and validate the tech, before transitioning to the $FORE utility token once our legal entity (Cayman Foundation) is set up. ## Ideal Candidate (The Fundamentals) - 3+ years of systems programming (Rust is our language, but if you're a C++/Go veteran eager to switch to Rust, let's talk) - Experience with mobile development ## The Must-Haves - Strong systems programming (Rust or deep C++/Go experience) - Mobile architecture understanding (iOS/Android native APIs, background limits, battery optimization) - Hacker mindset + engineering taste ## What We'll Learn Together - TEEs (Intel TDX, Secure Enclave, StrongBox) - TON smart contracts (Tolk language) - Differential Privacy (OpenDP, ε=4.0) ## Is this for you? - YES if: You believe in the vision, have 3-6 months runway to work for equity, want to build from scratch - NO if: You need immediate salary, can't take risk on pre-funding startup ## Compensation Structure — Let's Be Transparent This is a pre-funding co-founder role. Here's exactly what that means: What you get from Day 1: - 10% equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) — you're a true Co-Founder - CTO title + full technical autonomy - Remote-first flexibility - Impact: build infrastructure from zero, not inherit legacy code What you DON'T get until funding closes: - Salary (we're pre-revenue, pre-funding) - Benefits (health insurance, etc.) When does salary start? - After pre-seed funding closes (target: July-August 2026). We're targeting $250-300K pre-seed, which will fund: - 40% CTO salary + dev team (6 months runway) - 30% infrastructure (TEE servers, TON Storage) - 20% legal (Cayman Foundation + compliance) - 10% marketing - Expected post-funding salary: $120K-$180K/year (market rate for CTO at pre-seed stage) The upside: - 10% equity at pre-seed = potentially $1.5-2.5M value at Seed ($15-25M pre-money) - Full ownership of technical vision and architecture - Building something that returns 80% of value to users (opposite of BigTech extraction) ## Why This Matters This is about data sovereignty — if your behavior creates economic value, you should capture that value. BigTech's extraction model worked for 20 years because users had no alternative. Now they do. Our architecture makes it technically impossible for anyone — including us — to access raw user data. Privacy isn't a policy, it's physics. ## A Note on the Tech Stack (Please Read!) We know the stack below looks intimidating. Rust + TEE + TON + Mobile Native + Differential Privacy is a rare combination. Here's the truth: we don't expect you to be an expert in all of these on Day 1. ## What We're Building ForeMetric.ai is privacy infrastructure that returns ownership of behavioral data to the people who create it. The real problem: Google, Meta, and data brokers have spent 20 years silently extracting behavioral data from users — scroll patterns, location, intent signals, device usage — and monetizing it without compensation. Users create the asset, corporations keep 100% of the value. Our solution: a native mobile app that collects behavioral signals locally, transforms them into encrypted mathematical vectors (never raw data), and processes them inside hardware-isolated TEE enclaves. B2B clients (AI Labs, AdTech, Fintech) buy predictive insights — not raw datasets. - 80% of revenue flows back to users via smart contract. The mechanism: - Native app collects sensor data (100-200Hz foreground, activity recognition in background) - On-device PII sanitization via TinyBERT — personal data never leaves the phone - Vectorization: raw behavior → float32[128] encrypted vectors - Dual-Key encryption: DataKey in Secure Enclave/StrongBox, only user controls recovery - Server-side TEE (Intel TDX, Phase 2) processes encrypted vectors — host OS never sees plaintext - Differential Privacy (ε=4.0) ensures no individual can be re-identified from B2B outputs - Revenue Splitter smart contract on TON: 80% to users, 10% referrers, 10% protocol Market: $65.3B TAM (2025) → $189.58B (2030-36) across behavioral analytics, alternative data, and privacy-preserving AI training.
