Founding Engineer (Equity Based Founder Opportunity)

## About the Role Build the Operating System for Modern Professional Services LEO is building an AI-powered operational intelligence platform designed to transform how organizations manage workflows, data, communication, performance, and execution. We're seeking a Founding Lead Engineer to join at the earliest stage and help architect, build, and scale the platform from startup to enterprise. This is not a traditional engineering role. This is an opportunity to become one of the earliest builders of a company with the potential to reshape how businesses operate. ## Compensation ### Equity Ownership Guaranteed Equity Grant: 5%–8% Ownership (Dependant on Experience) Equity percentage will be determined based on: - Technical experience - Startup experience - Leadership ability - Architectural expertise - Expected contribution level ### Vesting Schedule 4-year vesting 1-year cliff Monthly vesting thereafter This ensures long-term alignment between the company and founding team. Example: An engineer receiving 8% equity would earn: - 0% before 12 months - 2% vested at the 1-year cliff - Remaining 6% vested monthly over the next 36 months ## About LEO LEO is being built as an AI-native operational command center that connects to existing business systems and transforms fragmented data into actionable intelligence.
