We are currently seeking Medical Experts with extensive experience in Women's Health to help train the next generation of clinical AI models. This project is mission-critical: you will help prevent algorithmic bias by ensuring AI models accurately reason through complex cases in pregnancy, maternal health, and postpartum care. ## Responsibilities - Clinical Reasoning Evaluation: Review and grade AI-generated clinical reasoning data specifically focused on pregnancy and maternal health. - Bias Prevention: Audit model outputs to ensure they are free from gender-based medical bias and reflect the nuances of female biology. - Pharmacology Annotation: Annotate medical datasets to evaluate how specific drugs, therapies, and interventions interact with female physiology and maternal safety. - Fact-Checking: Conduct deep clinical accuracy reviews of oncology and pharmacology reasoning to ensure model outputs meet MD/PhD-level standards. ## Requirements ### Essential Skills - Medical Degree: high-level medical qualification with a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - Clinical Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in clinical practice, medical research, or maternal health. - Analytical Precision: The ability to explain complex clinical reasoning in a structured, data-driven format. ### Nice-to-Haves - Experience with LLM training or Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF). - A background in Clinical Informatics or medical data annotation. ## What We Offer - Transparent Weekly Pay: Every project shows the hourly rate before acceptance.
