## About the company We are building OrderAI — an AI-driven platform for discovering bars, drinks, and food, with a loyalty and rewards layer and tools for brands to run campaigns with the right venues. It is used by people going out, by venue owners, and by brands, and ships on iOS, Android, and the web. We are a small early-stage team moving fast. No recruiters, but we welcome every referral. ## The Role We are looking for a full-stack generalist with strong product sense who is AI-native: someone who uses AI tools daily and thinks naturally about how to ship more with a small team. You will own real product end to end, across web and mobile, working directly with the founding team. The work spans our web apps, our mobile app, the API behind them, native device features, customer-facing polish, and product judgment. The job is to turn "OrderAI could do this" into "a drinker, a bar owner, or a brand can actually get this done, and it feels obvious." This is not a specialist role. If you want a narrow lane and a task list, this is not it. If you want to own a product and grow fast by doing, it is. ## What You'll Own - Web apps built with React and Next.js — from the consumer experience to internal and partner tools - Mobile app built with React Native (Expo), including native device features - API and data layer behind web and mobile — designing features end to end, from data model to screen - Product surface: discovery, ordering, loyalty, reviews, and campaigns — on desktop and in hand - The unglamorous but important parts: auth, permissions, and the small details that make a flow feel obvious - Shipping — when something is in users' hands, it's because you put it there ## You Are a Fit If - You can write code, not just glue scripts, and you use AI tools daily to amplify your output — you direct it well, understand what it produces, and know when it's wrong. If you are not AI-native, this is not the right role. - You are genuinely full-stack: you can move from a mobile screen to an API endpoint to a data model in the same afternoon and not lose the thread. - React, Next.js, React Native, and a typed API are home turf — or you'll get there fast. - You pick up new languages, frameworks, and tools quickly. The stack will change under you and that's fine. - You care deeply about how software feels to use. You sketch the user's workflow before writing code, and you have taste for the tiny details. - You can turn messy founder and customer context into clear shipped increments, not a backlog of half-done branches. - You think about the product and the users, not just the code. You ask "should we build this?" before "how do I build this?" ## Useful Experience - A modern TypeScript codebase and the tooling that keeps one tidy in a monorepo - Building AI-powered product features and working with LLMs - On-chain loyalty or rewards, wallets, or other web3/token work - Product analytics, and using data to d
