Tech Lead

## About the Role We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer who still enjoys coding and building products. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will architect, develop, and take ownership of our platforms while leading interns and coordinating with third-party technology partners. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond development and understands products, business, and entrepreneurship. ## Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end MERN stack development. - Build scalable frontend and backend applications. - Design and manage APIs and system integrations. - Work across web and mobile platforms. - Contribute to Web3 and blockchain-related initiatives. - Take ownership of product delivery and technical quality. - Mentor interns and junior developers. - Coordinate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and external service providers. - Work closely with founders on product strategy and execution. ## Requirements ### Must Have - Strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Excellent frontend and backend development skills. - Strong API design and integration experience. - Experience building production-grade applications. - Ability to independently own and deliver modules. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset and business understanding. ### Added Advantage - Mobile application development. - Web3 and blockchain experience. - AI integrations and automation. - Cloud infrastructure and DevOps exposure. - Startup or founder experience. ## Growth Opportunity This is more than a job.
