Accredited Labs, through Aldinger, is seeking an Embedded Calibration Technician to support a major aerospace customer in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a unique opportunity to become a dedicated technical resource within a world-class manufacturing environment while enjoying the stability of a single work location. The Embedded Field Calibration Technician’s mission is to coordinate and perform field calibrations and other administrative duties at the customer’s site.
Unlike traditional field service roles that require daily travel between customer sites, this position offers a consistent work environment where you'll develop strong relationships, gain deep technical expertise, and play a critical role in supporting aerospace quality and production operations

What You'll Do:
As an Embedded/On-site Calibration Technician, you will serve as the primary calibration resource for a major aerospace customer. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing calibrations on a variety of test and measurement equipment
Supporting dimensional, electrical, temperature, pressure, and torque calibration activities
Maintaining documentation and calibration records'
Coordinating daily calibration activities to support production and quality requirements
Communicating directly with customer personnel regarding equipment status and scheduling
Assisting with audit readiness and compliance requirements
Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and documentation skills
3 years of calibration, metrology, PMEL, laboratory, or related technical experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Comfortable interacting directly with customers in a professional environmentPreferred Qualifications
Military PMEL background
Associate degree in engineering technology, electronics, metrology, or related field
Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, or quality-driven industries
Familiarity with ISO 17025 and calibration quality systems
Knowledge of measurement science and calibration principlesExperience working with one or more of the following disciplines:
Electrical
Dimensional
Temperature
Pressure
Torque
