Founding Platform / Product Engineer

## About Us We're building Conseleo, a secure AI Board Intelligence platform for regulated insurance organisations. Board members and executives work with highly confidential information that cannot be uploaded to public AI systems. We're creating a secure, compliant environment that allows organisations to benefit from AI without compromising privacy, governance, or regulatory obligations. We're also building Resnova, our practitioner-led advisory business serving insurers, reinsurers, and insurtech companies. We're founder-led, profitable from year one, and building for the long term. ## The Role We're looking for a Founding Platform / Product Engineer to help build the core platform that powers our business. This is a generalist engineering role. You'll work across backend systems, product features, infrastructure, desktop applications, integrations, and platform architecture. One week you might be designing APIs, the next building a desktop client, improving deployment pipelines, or helping define a new product capability. You'll have significant ownership from day one and a direct influence on how the product evolves. We are looking for good problem solvers who can reason about problems from first principles and create fundamentally efficient solutions.
