## About Us We are a private-beta digital platform disrupting the personal styling and fashion tech space. Unlike 90% of early-stage startup listings pitching an abstract concept, our core architecture is fully built, functional, and actively launched. Most importantly, we already have enthusiastic validation from our end users, who have actively helped us shape the product into what it is today. Out of respect for our proprietary market strategy and current internal scaling transitions, we are conducting this search on a confidential basis. We have a solid operational foundation run by two dedicated business co-founders with unique industry experience that makes us uniquely qualified to build and drive this vision. We are tackling a massive, highly fragmented, opaque, and untapped market—and we are trying to move fast to capture it. Our roadmap includes positioning the platform to seek outside funding in the near future. The Opportunity & Partnership Because our baseline architecture is already established, you are skipping the "zero-to-one" building phase. We are looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer with strong Software Architecture experience who can confidently step in, audit the existing codebase, and take absolute ownership of the technical roadmap. Crucially, we are not looking for a developer who wants to sit in a corner and just write code. We are looking for a true partner. We want someone who is deeply invested in the big picture, excited about the vision, and ready to sit at the table with us to co-create the future of this company. We love people who are passionate about fashion and styling, but if that's not your background, we still want to hear from you—as long as you are passionate about building elegant technology and scaling an asset with massive market potential. ## Key Responsibilities - Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the co-founders on product roadmap decisions, technical scaling, and eventually building/leading our engineering team. - Codebase Ownership: Audit, maintain, and optimize our existing full-stack web/mobile architecture. - Feature Development: Architect and build out the next phase of user-facing features, algorithm refinements, and third-party integrations to help us move fast. - Infrastructure Management: Oversee our cloud hosting, database management, and platform security. ## What We Offer - A compelling, double-digit equity split in an early-stage, high-potential company. - A true co-founder seat at the table with a collaborative, high-execution team.
