Founding Engineer / Technical Co-Founder / CTO

## About the Role This is a co-founder / founding engineer role — equity-based, not a salaried position. Please only apply if you're open to co-founding a pre-revenue startup for meaningful equity. ## About the Company I'm the non-technical founder of Biznevo, an AI employee for small and medium businesses. It orchestrates leading AI tools through one unified platform to autonomously produce a company's marketing, content, and lead generation, learning each brand over time, with the owner in control of anything irreversible. The long-term vision is a system that can run entire businesses. Delaware C-corp, clean cap table, live product in active development. ## The Role You'd own the architecture and ship hands-on. Early on, it's you plus AI tools. This is a builder role, not a research one, I need someone who can orchestrate existing AI reliably and ship, not train models. I bring the vision, market knowledge, marketing/sales/product, and a product that's already substantially built. I'm looking for the technical partner to build it right — someone in it for the long haul who wants real ownership. ## Who You Are - Senior full-stack or backend engineer (~7+ years) - Have personally built and operated multi-tenant B2B SaaS in production - Strong on database security, data isolation, OAuth integrations, and safe handling of secrets and customer data ## Nice to Have - Bonus: AI/LLM orchestration in production (cost control, retries, evals) - Most important, temperament: a little paranoid about data, money, and other people's platforms. The kind of person who says "not until I've tested it."
