Responsibilities
Perform data analysis across Frontend, Backend and Test to identify yield limiters; Conduct electrical characterization and failure analysis to localize physical defects; Partner with Frontend Process and Quality teams to drive manufacturing process corrections; Collaborate with Product Engineering and Test Solution Engineering teams to analyze test-related yield issues; Work with Global Quality teams to ensure delivery of best-in-class quality DRAM products; Support yield learning during NPI, qualification, ramp, and mature production phases.
