Full Stack Engineer Intern

## About the role We're building the next generation of AI calling agents, intelligent voice systems that handle the full lifecycle of a receptionist or dialling role, end to end. From answering inbound calls to managing outbound dialling pipelines, our product is reshaping how businesses communicate. We move fast, ship often, and believe deeply in learning by doing. ## What you'll work on - Build and iterate on real-time AI voice pipelines using LiveKit and Python - Integrate speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, and text-to-speech components into seamless conversation flows - Design and test agent behaviours for real-world calling scenarios, scheduling, routing, FAQs, and more - Debug, optimise, and improve latency and voice quality across the stack - Collaborate directly with founders on product decisions and architecture ## Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Python, FastAPI, NextJS, and LiveKit. - Support the design and implementation of RESTful APIs with FastAPI. - Help build and maintain real-time audio, video, and data communication features using LiveKit. - Help with MongoDB database design, querying, and optimization. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for code quality. - Troubleshoot and debug applications under the guidance of senior engineers. - Assist in integrating and maintaining real-time communication workflows, including WebRTC-based applications powered by LiveKit. - Contribute to performance, scalability, and reliability improvements for backend and real-time systems. ## Tech stack Python, LiveKit, WebRTC, OpenAI API, Whisper / Deepgram, ElevenLabs / TTS, FastAPI, Twilio, LangChain / Agents ## What you get - Hands-on learning: Work on real product problems, not toy exercises - Official certificate: Recognised internship completion credential - Full-time pathway: Strong performers get a full-time offer at the end - Early-stage exposure: Work directly with the founding team from day one ## About the company We're building the next generation of AI calling agents, intelligent voice systems that handle the full lifecycle of a receptionist or dialling role, end to end.
