## About the role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer who has recently graduated (2025 or 2026) and is eager to start their professional career. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in programming, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable and efficient applications. ## Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues - Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices - Work on REST APIs, backend services, or frontend components - Continuously learn new technologies and improve development skills ## Required Qualifications - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Graduating in 2025 or 2026) - Visa: OPT, STEM OPT, GC, H4 EAD OR USC - 1–3 years of experience (including internships, academic projects, or personal projects) - Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++) - Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts - Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) - Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Spring Boot, or Node.js - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP - Familiarity with version control tools like Git - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies - Experience working on real-world projects or GitHub portfolio
