Define and own the tech stack for a complex marketplace; Architect the end-to-end booking flow including inventory and payments; Own security and compliance for payments and user data; Select and integrate CRM for three-sided relationships; Set up creator commission and payout infrastructure; Connect all systems (CRM, booking, payments, AI) without manual patching; Translate business vision into technical execution for non-technical founders; Oversee and guide the existing tech team; Audit the current live platform to define the V2 rebuild path.
