By building high-performing teams, EMs ensure that our technology remains a reliable bridge for those seeking mental healthcare. Their leadership directly impacts our ability to innovate at speed, maintain a high bar for quality in a high-stakes industry, and develop the engineering talent necessary to solve the complex challenges of healthcare accessibility. Ems will partner closely with Product and Design to translate strategy into working software, ensure operational excellence, and deliver measurable business impact. ## Required Qualifications - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience; 3+ years managing engineers. - Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment - Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure - Proven experience building and scaling high-throughput production APIs or services. - Ability to stay close to code, review architecture, challenge tradeoffs, and unblock engineers without needing to be the primary coder. - Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives - Prior experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers - Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design ## Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
