## About the Role Wag On Home helps dog rescues coordinate transport and get dogs adopted faster. We're live with our first rescue partner in Memphis. Real dogs moving across state lines. Delaware C-Corp, bootstrapped, pre-revenue. You'd be engineer #1. ## The Stack - Supabase/PostgREST backend - Vanilla JS frontend - Netlify serverless functions - Cloudflare R2 storage - Twilio SMS - Playwright testing - You'll own it all end-to-end — database through UI through deploy ## We have an AI assistant that handles boilerplate and design work. You're not starting from blank files — you're hardening and scaling a working platform. ## Compensation - 5% equity with 4-year vest / 1-year cliff - No cash comp at this stage - This is for someone who wants to build from zero and own a real piece of it ## Who You Are - Built and shipped something solo end-to-end - Full-stack capable, no hand-holding needed - Care about the mission — rescue dogs, not just code - Think like an owner, not an employee ## No React rewrite planned.
